Guy with the plush here. Actually not possible. Not only is the hammer almost twice the length of the plush, but the torso is not much thicker. You would have to remove the sttuffing and refldice the torso into an empty fabric sack to even try.... Unless you were referring to the hammer the plushie is holding, in that case you have my sympathy.
