A lot of artists are worse than usual when they work on FGO. Takeuchi appears to be a pretty incompetent art director, like the time they forgot to tell Iri's designer that welfares only have one ascension so he made three designs that went to waste. Also they didn't tell Astrea's artist what the aspect ratio for art was which is why she looks weird, and when they offered to fix it they never accepted it for whatever reason
