I agree with the idea of taking an image of a real person, and using it to make art.

To some extent; its inspiration. Others; it’s basically child corn. Think of it this way. If the person who originally posted that tiktok saw that ai video; they’d probably feel just as violated. That does make them a victim, even if it doesn’t seem that way.

It’s best to stick to actual art, and leave the overly realistic content alone. :<
