You know it's kinda hittin' me lately that the majority of "traders" are just a bunch of 20/30 somethings fucking around with poorfag 4 figure accounts and thinking a +1k gain is yuuge with absolutely no knowledge of how stocks/crypto actually works. Their port fluctuates plus/minus $20 (lol) on normal volatility and they freak the fuck out and full port bonds (or worse, cash) and "wait out the dip"
I would LOVE to spend a day in the mind of a financially retarded normie just so I could understand their thought process regarding markets.
The worst part is, of course every now and then one of them makes it unironically, and they go blow all the gains on some dumb shit like a new car.
