Her chalk-on-nails voice doesn't come across in fanfics or art, that's a great improvement already.
But her real flaw is how monstrously self-centered she is while also latching onto Dipper, no matter how much Hirsh tried to dress it up as le deep the truth is as it is in the show their relationship is way too dysfunctional, all the good stuff ages her up and gives her character development off-camera and it's for the best
