Now that I read the thread I'm surprised no one mentioned it.
The anthology I'm referring to is "13 Real Asian Horror Stories". With the story being the first one, titled "Only the Two of Us" as well. It's based on the same real life event though it differs from Ito's adaptation. If you are into anything horror-related, you would probably recognize pic related with how much it used to circulate.

I highly reccomend it. It's a good watch and I'm sure you'll find a story you like.
My favorite is the Ghost of Ohatsutenjin. I get it but it's just so silly.
