To do their job, they have to be BADDER than the Bad Guys,
Female cops only encourage the criminals.

Cops and Robbers isn't a game.
Police have a job to do.
Part of that job is making bad guys piss their panties. It's about preventing crime through intimidation. It's not a job for manlets, it's not a job for women.
