If the schizo hospital theory doesn't end up being true (and El Director don't try to pull a identity theft gimmick twice), Outis might have/had a loving family, (which could have a male Penelope or make her a full blown lesbian, which would anger the other side of the playerbase in a way). But again, the director could pick an easy way and show that Outis loved ones/family is an unconventional family of sorts, like Verga's Orphanage or just her former unit.
