It's a useful macro that stops you from queueing up Communio before you actually Enshroud, so you don't get that fucking annoying interaction where you're mashing Enshroud, get rooted, and then you can't cast-cancel your Communio.
Notably, you can still mash it and do an instant Enshroud into Communio if you want, it just stops it from queueing up.
This works with all skills that turn into other skills on use, so like back before they changed Glare 4 you could use a similar macro on WHM so you wouldn't Seraph Strike into an instant Glare 4 from mashing it.
