You can't just put a human being on the back burner that long and have them come out the same on the other side at your convenience. Women know damn well what they got up to all that time. It became a rite of passage for women to squander all their opportunity in life with the assurance that they could support themselves and find a man later anyway. It's wholly predictable to see the consequences becoming so mainstream now.

Women will do literally other than date a man in their league. They're still in their 30s and don't realize or care that one night stands/friends with benefits/"situationships" are what a man out of your league does when he doesn't see a future with you but needs something to hold him over until he finds a woman that he does. They think an adjustment in strategy will get the kind of men that sleep with them to actually commit to them. That won't ever happen.
