You know, after being pro nerf so long, I gotta hand it to the no-nerfs-ever crowd that maybe I was wrong. It feels kind of good to play my Jayber and he be good.
Granted, they could have stuffed him up by making him worse Enzo or something, and it took them a year to make him good, and also he's gonna be irrelevant in 6 months or so of power creep again. But for one brief moment, I can tell half the cast that their main is shit and it feels better than I expected.

Pretty fucking hard, actually. First devs took my chonkframe and was like 'this guy can't eat 50 enemies at once anymore, he's limited to 5.' Then they were like 'your water guy who can turn into liquid for drowning people inside himself that's cool as hell? That ability is gone now, so long to your instant i-frames.' And then they were 'your ice guy who has freezes for anything that can be frozen and slows for most everything that can't? Well we're removing every slow from his kit so he's shit against elite enemies'.
And every time the player base cheered. But I thought maybe it was just me, after all, all the shit being taken out was crowd control, which I like but most people just care about damage and not dying.
Then they got the berserker kitty and took her invincibility away in exchange for increasing her health, and the player base was like 'wooo it's better because it's objectively worse' but completely unironically, and then I realised the player base and the devs were both fatally retarded.
... so to bring back to the first non-quotey part of this post, after years of the devs nerfing everything I like while the playerbase cheers, I'm actually seriously starting to be swung in the direction of the no nerfs ever crowd, it feels nice that my boy almost certainly isn't going to lose all the stuff I like about him.
