The shape of the drill is explicity a TTGL drill, but in Sex & Violence with Machspeed (I streamed it the day before the s2 premiere after doing a full stream of s1) there is a shark with a sharp nose that when he gets horny, he jams it up a monkey's ass and then the monkey gets fucking jacked and starts killing people. I was trying to cut a webm but I'm running into some avisynth issue, I also had really weird problems with streaming this video file so maybe the encode is bad, so here's a screenshot instead.
I don't know about it being a Dead Leaves reference (I also streamed that) but DL is extremely crude.
