Uhh, the main website acknowledged issues with the chat but no mention of the language settings being region locked.
Why would they give us the option to set the game language to English or 日本語 if it doesn't do shit?
Any chance this is something they'll update, or do I need to:
>get a Japanese VPN
>make a new Steam account
>download Japanese version of P5x
