Yes, it's very good, and adds 3 fun and meanful objectives to (almost) every lord in the game
there is also a lot of good race and faction specific mods which offer objectives too

I couldn't capture the reward in this image but it gives raise dead for the faction leader, causes attrition to enemies within your territory (the kislev one perhaps?) and replenishment in foreign territory
