desu I've been fine just using ChatGPT, only account I got banned was for "red smears" on Sora. As long as you're not getting red warnings every message, or being retarded with Sora, I think it should be fine (they don't even have the orange warnings anymore so I think they stopped giving a shit).
Right now I've got a custom GPT going where someone you know is 3 miles tall and texting you, and it's a CYOA type game trying to avoid her coming over and squashing you. Inspired very heavily by attached image.
