I'm not done with the game yet and I only have them at 1/3 and 2/3 atm. If Shelia is the way she is from the first game, then:
Sheila > Nosh > Alma > Lec
Tbh, I like the first 3 but in different ways. Sheila from the blight I can see me wanting to marry, in a matter of speaking. She's very loving, or at least has that facade. Nosh is so chill that I'd love to just sleep with her (in a non-sexual way, though sex is fine too). Just having her sleeping near me feels uplifting. Alma.... I like the fact that she's strong, chaste, smart, and has big breasts.
