I've never interacted with this community so I don't know the theories and whatever but I looked at the wiki a bit. For the entirety of the stand arrow knife arc I thought Saint Germain was the guy behind it but the wiki has it listed as a seperate character (I guess because its not confirmed) what does the community think?
