It looks like it's just a bugfix mod (unnecessary, COP is as bug-free as stalker gets) with a weapon reanimation/remodel pack and probably some shaders. It's another one of those mods that stupidly takes the fingerless gloves viewmodel and paints the fingers with a glove texture.
