It's far less volatile than you think. I don't blame you for thinking things collapse left and right though with how loud some of this drama is, but it's basically like saying you're surprised Nintendo continues making 1st party titles when Concord failed. Hololive is just at the top with a huge insurmountable powergap between everyone else, hence why they can afford to pay fandevs to make official titles (instead of just letting them make them for free)
