I think coordinated surprise assaults by local citizenry will become far more common in the coming years. Just as Hamas was able to rally its soldiers and citizens with coordination and surprise (simultaneous incursions by land, air, sea[i dont remember if they did sea too or not]). I think the most obvious tool will be drones. I hope they don't start over regulating them.
Citizens who are all pissed off at X Y and Z will gather around in secret and then launch coordinated attacks against military and civilian targets. Drones and humans storming a place and then fucking off when possible. Think of how many drones a group of pissed of people could create in secret for a year.
