Steal Eternal Bonding from FFXIV and make it so erpers can marry not only players but npc as well, put mount rewards in the npc relationships and u force the rest of them to farm that shit like crazy, like lost ark rapport but better

Then we move to raids, make it so 10man is the main raid, kill the 20m mythic raids, 10 man = more accessible = more groups = more people playing
RWF with 10man groups would be more competitive bc we wouldnt be stuck watching the same boring Limit X Echo X Method

For M+, bring back stops for interrupts, if you CC any cast it counts as kicks, remove the insane ammount of casts inside dungeons, dungeons like priory? less 60% casts
Put solo queue and duo queue inside M+ and make it so people wont be able to see nicks or classes before they are inside the dungeon (something like league ranked champion select), that will avoid dodges and leavers, this will fix the meta slave since people will have to play with whatever they got in queue, this could kill disc server boosts and RMT

Unlock every class in the game for Nelfs, they should be able to play whatever they want.
