There's a huge difference. Junko is annoying, Komaeda is not.
Comparison and discussion is worthless when this is what is boils down to... But, even then, Junko never claimed to have any soul or feeling or thought beyond being evil for the sake of it, which is just completely boring. Like Eito from HL, even if Hackdaka pathetically tried to add some substance to his non existent character.
