Are we seriously meant to believe there's any state on the planet where 100% of the population, even just the male population believes rape is acceptable? You can probably find people who would object even in many Islamic theocracies, let alone Europe.

The funny part is I asked a family member about this recently, and the only other nation she could think of where she's ever heard of a scam "culture" was Nigerian email scams which I'm not sure even originated from Nigeria.
