Hmm, I guess I should change my statement and say that overall, women can carry a lot of weight on their legs and hips, and sometimes more than men, since we're more used to it, but yeah. A fully trained man vs a fully trained woman in the same height range won't be able to carry the same weight.

It was with a machine where you gotta sit down and you pull up and down a machine using your own body weight. Did some repetitions of 30 per set, and my arms don't feel too sore. I don't feel really sore at all surprisingly, I blame the antidepressants for the energy boost. And good stretching too.

I don't like it if my oatmeal gets too soaked because it then becomes a mushy pile which feels horrible against my tongue. I like 'em kind of firm and freshly soaked in some milk. Texture is just as important as flavor for me, most of the time.
