this world is not that complicated. demons tempt us in precise, measured, calculated ways. they will tempt you into betraying that which is most important, that which you are in charge of, that which you should protect.

whether its adultery or child abuse or corruption or theft or exploiting people or lying, these acts are all motivated by the same invisible forces and towards the same goal-- a betrayal of that which you are responsible for, that which people trust you with, etc.
