Tried it out.
One one model it boosts vibrancy and does give some minor enhancements to the background. On another it does nothing to the background and just cranks up the saturation.
I'm assuming that it's because I'm using vpred models and the original model this lora was extracted from wasn't. Would be interesting if true since typically non-vpred loras on vpred model give desaturated results, not the opposite but I guess training a lora and exacting one are probably quite different.
