I think King will probably be too broken up over Kaido being dead to want revenge or lead the Beast Pirates, he seemed genuinely conflicted the last panel we see him in. In regards to him being a Lunarian and the Seraphim being a thing now, an obvious outcome for his character is that Oda is seeding a long term subplot where King will find his tribe with them and whatever Lunarians that weren't secretly killed off. For all intents and purposes, it's more likely that King was taken by Admiral Ryokugyu to end up in Impel Down or Mary Geoise; in either path leading to him being experimented on by Saint Garling and York. Following this train of thought, Queen may just end up there with him, since he'd make a useful subordinate, if the eventual MADs reunion with Caesar, Judge and Lilith is completely off the table. For Jack, he's probably been imprisoned in the Flower Capital with Perospero; there was no reason not to show both in Udon Prison with the others. If there's a big bad during this cover story it's likely going to be Jack, possibly working with Apoo.
