Each advance consists of hundreds of men rushing into an area packed full of drones buzzing overhead. 5 men reach the destination alive and kill the couple of ukraine conscripts there. Repeat this every day over 2 years. Doesn't help the fact Putin chose the dumbest officer in the army to lead it because he's always afraid of a coup.
