Heres a story idea
>The only things inherent to hell are the people who are sent there

>There is nothing about hell inherently forcing people to live a shitty life

>nevermind the focused, community effort it would require to build & maintain
>it certainly wouldn't be a cakewalk, but it seems possible on paper
>you just need the right people, in the right place, at the right time
