I'm doing ORD-9 and saw this. Why is APPLe spelled like that, with all caps except for the last letter? And why does he name these pastries in a similar fashion? The spelling doesn't indicate a different pronunciation based on characters' voice lines from before, so what's the deal with it? Is it known?
