I think if Bouquet was part of the 2020 generation, she could've stolen a tiara from Tacto. Unfortunately, she was part of a really good generation that was also overshadowed by the Great Cucumber.
I feel like that's being rude to Tact's accomplishment, but considering her career trajectory post tiara, it just felt that way.
