About a dozen. Mostly briars cheap and nice; a couple cobs; two meerschaums; a gourd calabash; and one old German-style churchwarden.
I have enough for a nice rotation and don't feel like buying any more, except for maybe a morta. Meerschaum is kind of a bother, having to make sure it doesn't cake.
