Fertility rates are determined by how a society is organized, not by their diet.
Whites used to have very high fertility rates when women were married at 12-14 and had at least a couple kids before 18.
Now we have an infantilized society in which most people spend until their mid 20s studying pointless bullshit and delaying the start of their adult life.
No diet can make a society like that fertile.
