You made me realize that yeah, Takijima is the reason why Gavv is so good, since when Takebe did the same of changing things halfway through with Kiva and Geats she seemingly gave no new alternatives to the writers resulting in an awkward period where they didn't know what to do, while Takijima immediately took action and at least managed to mitigate the damage.
I'm excited for when Takijima eventually makes a show, hopefully she isn't like Mochizuki who was a top-tier assistant producer but sucks as a chief producer despite having cool worldview ideas.
