Meanwhile, we have Kotone who is a Feats Queen that destroys Gekka (though she didn't get her attention so it's hard to say how much effort Gekka was trying.

Without GKP, the question becomes can they beat Shion. Shion is still an A rank and has reached Finale as long as her plans work (Lilja and Sumika) she's beaten Rinami in Mao's route so there's a clear power ceiling there.The answer to that is then who can reach FINALE which are Misuzu, Ume, Saki, and Temari (who is mentioned in Misuzu's route). Sena of course could have been there but opted not to.

Without any asterisks, I'd say Misuzu has the highest powerlevel floor but not the highest ceiling (with GKP)

So far it goes with GKP buffing them

Saki -pulls off impossible shit that goes against what her numbers are capable of.
