Facial animation is horrible and in general adding too much facial detail to your pawns is cringe. The only worthwhile mods for face are close to vanilla and the only body mods that are worthwhile are those that visably depict breast size and pregnancy which only matters so that you can more clearly imagine what the character looks like.
