Nothing has changed and this is fucking Oblivion.

Graphical progress has some to a fucking crawl. And you'd think that developers would look at this problem and say. Okay graphics are not worth it shit looks exactly the same as it did 10 years ago let's focus on gameplay or let's focus on physics, let's focus on making the world alive and lived in.

But no... somehow 15 year old game have worlds that feel more realistic then todays slop.
