One of the things I didn't get this episode was the principal's pun. PAL! I assume its a pun, and maybe because I'm not a child I just did the "Oh God dad thinks he's funny again" face.

The main lesson was she needed to learn her limits. Not eating being the primary. Secondary was when to trust her teammates like needing to eat, and trying to show off in battle only to get destroyed. Its there, just maybe not told the best.

Can you give an example? It seemed fairly standard Kirakira to me. I suppose the battle backgrounds weren't as blurred as they usually are.
