The base palette seems good but think about soft and hard parts of the anatomy. Wherever you have muscle, you should have warmer tones, wherever you have bones and skin, you should have colder tones. Also extremity gradient is nice to do. Usually, the further away you progress from the heart, the darker and warmer the colors are, so the forearm should be a bit darker/warmer than the upper arm which is darker/warmer than torso etc...Right now it seems you're treating the whole body as if it's made out of same structure and density. That only works on opaque objects and not on things with subsurface scattering or layered properties.
