I guess I can show off the most confusing one, here, which is Czar, a former Soviet super soldier who burned trying to stop a Chernobyl like accident, but instead of being hailed as a hero, the Russians just buried him under tons of rubble and lead. Now he's the dictator of the Burning Protectorate, which I guess why he's all Soviet themes but imperial name.
