The ones who would not choose.
The ones who were loyal to God but demanded the other two be killed.
Everyone must therefor be born off the flesh, and die. Teaching all of us mercy and compassion.
The vast majority at Armageddon will likely be those who are loyal to God. They will be deceived by Antichrist thus learning ANYONE may be fooled by the devil. Hopefully teaching mercy and compassion and ending Heavens war
