I noticed a week ago that after eating some fish I felt a million times better.
Later I felt a slight, almost unnoticeable craving for more fish compared to other meats.
Figured it was because I was deficient in omega-3s. Bought a supplement bottle and started taking some since yesterday. The craving for fish is gone.
