I hate how you posted that, and then there's this weird proportioning for this scene. At the start of the episode, this little dude is barely bigger than Nodoka, and Nodoka is on the smaller side. Then it gets to this and he is like twice the size he was at the start. On top of that weird chasing just before hand and I was laughing because it was such a weird combo for the animators to go for. There is a good conversation to be had between being a paparazzi and real stalkering behavior and this kid clearly right on that line. All I can do is laugh I suppose.
