The problem with guest characters is that they tend to choose picks that aren't thematically appropriate for the game but will either promote a new product or "farm hype".
None of these faggots with magic swords make any sense for Tekken. They make sense for Soulcalibur.
But Soulcalibur has characters that don't make sense in it either. Who the fuck thought Darth Vader was a good idea and why doesn't he have electrodes attached to his nuts?

If VF gets guest characters, let them be good, appropriate ones. Like Ryo Hazuki or Kiryu or Axel from Streets of Rage.
