if only every single person on earth had a super computer in their pocket at all times that you could use to send a message electronically whenever you wanted
I guess that's too much to ask from people I knew since elementary school who I took to the beach for a week every year in the summer and who always came to all of my birthdays (but they never invited me to theirs) and who I always made the effort to do things with that would be fun and who were close enough to me that my fucking grandmothers on both sides of my family still asked about them before they died or developed severe dementia
yeah I guess I really just ask for too much
