Filene is historically a 3x card in aggro dragon.
You're discussing her merits against combo decks with the +1 pp but the reality is that her main use will be clearing some wards with the board wipe effect before you throw in the face damage.
You don't care what the combo deck is doing at 10 because they should be dead by then.
