>Investigate the phenomenon that is magical girls.
As Hermione’s footsteps echo down immaculately cleaned halls, she thinks. Before today, she’d never met another magical girl. She was beginning to believe there was a possibility that she was the only one. However, now that she knew there were other girls out there… that meant they could be found.
As she enters the game-room, she glances up at the stuffed lion hanging above the desk with the desktop computer. The fireplace crackles to the side. …In the long, distant past, she and her sister would play little games in here, and pretend that the lion was the referee.
She stands at the desk and begins to type. Sitting would introduce the unnecessary risk of disheveling her dress. There was a small amount of time before she had to be ready in the grand hall, so she decided she would spend it fruitfully.
Generic terms, such as magical girl, were pointless. It’d bring up far too many unrelated results. No, the better strategy by far was to utilize unique terms, that only those with knowledge would understand.
The results were largely inconclusive. As she types, she considers whether there was even any point in utilizing the search engine. If magical girls had remained hidden from general society this long, surely they would not be discoverable by ordinary means. Hermione glances at the clock. She would need to leave soon.
