>What's the gameplay like? It looks like a text adventure
Its probably the earliest FPS. You get to move in the direction of the compass points, recruit moe characters who can have armies attached, look for objects in different settings, shelter, horses, serecuit troops etc etc magic swords, fight or avoid wildlife but ultimately it is a very big FPS wargame. There is also a LOTR syle quest where one character goes alone to the witchkings fortress to try and destoy the ice crown. Its turn based the end of a turn being night when battles are resolved, it has a good morale and fatigue system effected by the landscape and events. and moral is effected by the witchkings magic drawn from winter You see fortresses, forests buildings get bigger as you move towards them and enemy armies moving in the distance. You have to try it really. It was computer and video games goden joystick winner (hall of fame for retro games) (the first game award). If you don't know what computer and video games or titles like Crash, the Big K, Sinclair User, Personal computing weekly etc and you are into retro games you are in for a massive trail of discovery, inncluding into how early games were written as most of these magazine had listings of basic and assembler and later tapes with demos of games on the cover>>11866008

There were still PC ports being made in 1995 11 years after it released and it was ported to thecommodore etc etc. You know you can click on the little right arrow on a post header and do an image seach which would tell you in a second anyway?
