Toby decided to change it before anyone had even finished Chapter 4. Anyone who has ever made anything knows that putting it in the public eye is like mental acid test and the second it's out of your hands you can suddenly see a dozen things you hate about it. Same thing with the "furry degenerate" line, it's pure second guessing on Toby's part. Toby does not let other people write his game.
