it’s not an actual mic but rather a reference to the muffler some mics are adorned with known as “(Dead) kittens” they are typically used to mimimize excessive sound. The fact that he not only doesn’t talk but doesn’t like to listen to Motormouth is hilarious as they are two conflicting sets of microphones.
